At Laadoofficial, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • You received a damaged item, or

  • You received a wrong item that you did not order.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the item.

  • Item must be unworn, with tags still attached and in original condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • We will notify you once the process is complete.
