At Laadoofficial, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund only if:

You received a damaged item, or

You received a wrong item that you did not order.
To be eligible:

Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and clear photos of the item.

Item must be unworn, with tags still attached and in original condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

We will notify you once the process is complete.
